Welcome to Grin and Bake it!
I’m Jessica and I love to bake. And good news for you: I love to share my baked goods.
My goal at Grin & Bake It is to help you treat yourself. Treat a friend, a loved one, a neighbor, or a co-worker. Make time to enjoy good things, and don’t forget to leave room for pie. You can celebrate literally anything you want with carbs!
Some things about me:
I make pancakes whenever I want.
I regularly seek out gourmet donuts and love eating French patisserie.
Talk to me for about 10 minutes and I’ll likely mention my favorite ice cream joint.
I once went to a birthday party where I distributed some 100 oatmeal cookies to the 20-ish guests. They dubbed me the Cookie Pusher. They were upset when I ran out of cookies.
I really love cinnamon. It is my favorite scent and favorite flavor. Cinnamon and vanilla? Classic. Cinnamon and apples? Delightful. Cinnamon rolls with cinnamon cream cheese frosting? Literal perfection. Cinnamon on everything, cinnamon in everything. Cinnamon is life. Cinnamon is good.
My happy place is somewhere between the first bite of a delightfully chewy cookie and the final fork-full of really good pie. Let’s meet there and see what happens!
